Good service

Great staff, great hotel in central Saigon
Hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very clean and a good size. The beds are very comfy. The staff are very welcoming, in particular the staff in the restaurant, Han, Thu and Duc. They all had very good customer service and were very friendly. We really enjoyed the afternoon teas and the buffet breakfast. The roof top bar is very relaxing and service from Quoc was very good. Thank you and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our family & friends.

Excellent workforce nice cosy hotel in the bustle of Vietnam
We arrived lunar new year where most places were closed. We were met with by Manh who welcomed us from outside the hotel from our taxi, he kindly took our luggage into the hotel near reception. He provided us with a towel and a drink. He was polite and always opened the doors as we entered and left the building throughout our stay.
We were welcomed by Tien at reception who assigned our room and gave indepth knowledge of the city, provided us with places to visit and recommended restaurants and clubs. She was just as polite as Manh. The pair of them made us feel very welcome. Their English was brilliant and so communication was smooth as our vietnamese was zero.
The stayed at multiple rooms each offering something unique. They were clean and fresh. The style was of course Japanese as we were in the heart of the Japanese area of the city. They had japanese toilets which were a godsend.
The breakfast area was pleasant and provided varies Asian cuisines as well as European.
We did not make use of the facilities at the rooftop but it looked small and pleasant. I would have liked to try the spa but did not have the time.
In the afternoon they provided free food and teas at the ground floor which was lovely. They even had some live entertainment which was unexpected and pleasant for the afternoon.
The cleaners would always write something nice after you come back to your room all fresh and clean.
Overall the staff made this hotel a very pleasant welcoming place to stay. They even let is leave our luggage whilst we jetted off for 5 days to Bali also. Manh and Tien were the staff that stuck out there service was excellent and I wish them both well in the future.

Perfect honeymoon hotel in a busy city
This hotel is absolutely incredible. The location is perfect as you get a taste of little Tokyo and you are a 15 minute walk to Benh Tanh market. The staff here are so attentive , they treat you like royalty. The massage spa was incredible and the rooftop pool is truly amazing. Breakfast is really delicious but the afternoon tea and snacks are what separates this hotel from others. The food quality is amazing and they have some musicians play authentic Vietnamese (or Japanese ?) music during tea time (2pm-4pm). You forget about the noise and chaos outside when you enter the front doors. The rooms are spacious and beds quite comfortable. The only downside would be the cost of transport from the airport to the hotel. 450k Dong one way I s a ridiculous fee for guests when a grab or taxi is more than half that price. Otherwise, this hotel is exceptional and would highly recommend. There is absolutely no reason to pay the cost of an Intercontinental or Hyatt hotel as the Sakyo hotel is so reasonably priced and central to everything you need and want to see.

Excellent hotel room and facilities, great location and amazing services
This hotel is excellent - the room, general area and lobby area are all what you'd expect of a well run organisation. the location is great, easy to access and close to city centre.
I have to call out the exceptional services from everyone I met at this hotel - from prior to arrival, during the stay and post departure! A special mention to Huynh Tien, Sam and the whole front office team!
I will always return to this hotel whenever I am back in Ho Chi Minh city, in fact I will go out of my way to stay here and give them my business.
Looking forward to heading back again.

Fabulous Hotel in a fabulous City
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Silverland Sakyo Hotel & Spa. We had a gorgeous room which was really quiet and we slept like a dream every night. Breakfast in the hotel was to a high standard. We decided to go B and B only as we like to eat out and experience the local cuisine. Location of the hotel is in a great place in Ho Chi Minh City and we easily found our way around. The hotel reception staff are so so friendly as well as the door staff. We really enjoyed our stay here and if we were to return to Hi Chi Minh City we would happily stay again. First class service. Thank you

Nice Little Tokyo hotel
Had a nice couple days at Silverman. Was the first time staying in little Tokyo and great area for restaurants and bars and ask kinds of entertainment. The front desk staff was amazing especially Miss Tien who was lovely and helped me plan a tour but all the staff were great. I recommend.

Comfortable stay
The hotel is in a good location to all the major city centre attractions with a maximum 20 minute walk. The room was large, spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. We used the spa in house and for two 90 minute messages it came to £50 with tax and tip. Cannot fault the stay and would definitely stay again if we came back to Saigon.
