Loved it
We stayed here on the first leg of our Honeymoon trip. Hotel was fantastic, the decor and the staff were amazing.
Buffet breakfast was best we have had so far in the various hotels we have stayed at. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here
Excellent stay
My husband and I stayed for three nights and loved it! The breakfast is one of the most plentiful displays I’ve ever encountered with Japanese, Vietnamese, European, and American selections to choose from, not to mention fresh fruits, juices, and of course, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. We chose a deluxe room, which was clean and beautifully styled, though it didn’t have a window (as advertised. You can of course spend more for a window.) The best part of the hotel for us was the rooftop and the service! The rooftop has a hot tub and cool tub with an excellent view of the city and river. It was also underused, so we often had the whole place to ourselves! It was a quiet way to watch the sunrise and sunset. We had an especially good time up there because the bar staff, Elio and Sam, were extremely friendly and offered us lots of great recommendations for seeing the city and finding great food. We’d definitely stay again.
Amazing experience
I have been to many different restaurants but this is the first time I experienced a special place like this. All convenience is incredible. The staff is incrediable too. They are all friendly, hospitable. Especially, I encoutered with some special guys whose names are Selena,Rose and To.
Spoilt Rotten
"What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were welcomed with some delicious herbal tea and snacks and left 4 days later with a lovely complimentary tea! The staff were so polite, helpful and just couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
Breakfast had a great choice of foods and the staff were so observant and my coffee cup was topped up even before I'd gulped down the last drop!
The sushi restaurant food was lush and many options for vegetarian alternatives.
Staff even wrote us a list of places to visit in Hoi An,which is our next stop.
This place is worth staying at - simply amazing!"

Friendly Staff and Clean
The hotel staff were so friendly and kind. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. My room was super clean and comfy. The hotel has a really nice charm. I really recommend this hotel and if i ever come back to saigon this hotel will bemy first choice.
First trip to Ho Chi Minh
From the moment of checking into the hotel the staff were very attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Michelle and Annie on the front desk who were very patient, very helpful and seemed to be there every hour of the day! Your help certainly was a highlight of our stay. We also learnt a great amount about Vietnamese coffee from Mr Lam who spent a significant amount of time with us describing the varying techniques of coffee making in Vietnam!
Our room was situated on the 7th floor with views of the river and city. It was very modern, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. During our stay our room was quiet. The hotel was in a superb location with most of the key locations of interest within walking distance of the hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and included in the price of the room. The airport was approx 30-45 mins away depending on traffic and I highly recommend using the shuttle service provided by the hotel.
Some very good shopping and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk from hotel.
Very nice hotel and friendly staff
I stayed on this hotel for 10 days alone! I never felt alone, because of the friendly staff who always was ready for a talk and helpful to recommend good tours, sightseeing points and places to eat.
The room was nice and clean! Breakfast and the afternoon tea was so delicious. I loved my stay at the Silverland Sakyo Hotel. Big thanks from Denmark for a wonderful stay. Maybe I’ll return to this lovely place.
Great hospitality and very clean hotel
Don’t doubt! The room is clean and comfortable bed! The people here are friendly. If you would like to discover more about local, look for CHLOE! She will tell you more than you want to know! She could speak cantonese! You can meet her during breakfast hour, subject to her duty! Breakfast is great! The complimentary afternoon tea is amazing! They also play instrument for you while enjoying the afternoon tea and dessert! But the hotel shoulda improve its rooftop bar, it seems like the place is a bit run down, or looks old.
6 star service in a fabulous boutique hotel
From the moment they personally picked us up at the airport to when they delivered us back we felt very spoilt. Wonderful, friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous stay.
Very comfortable room and although I was nervous about the noise from the street front it was fine. Comfy bed, spacious room and nicely decorated.
We had our wedding anniversary while there and the kind, thoughtful staff gave us gifts and a beautiful handwritten card - thank you for making us feel special.
Now onto the food - OMG! breakfast and afternoon tea was so good!!! Lucky we only had four days or we would have doubled in size. And their vietnamese coffee is to die for - I think we drank gallons of that!
Special mentions to Maria, Suri, Ann, Chloe, Louis, Thomas and Stefan - but all the staff were amazing at their job. And to have doormen who welcome guests into a hotel these days and help with cabs and baggage etc. is fantastic. They really do a great job at the front of house at this hotel.
Small and personable is the way to go these days - I highly recommend Silverland Sakyo.
